ig, strong rack of a fallow stag with excellent palmation, mounted onto a Black Forest nicely carved plaque.
Plaque of beautiful, rare design: with a shield, crossed branches (with carved screws) and bundles of needles.
Shield is signed with hunting location and
dated 1949
The plaque measures 16 by 12 inches
From base of plaque to tip of the top tine: 30 inches
Maximum spread: 25 inches
Brow tines out of wall: 10 inches
NOTE: the right beam has already been cut and screwed back into the skull – so that shipment stays
below maximum parcel size accepted by USPS.The cut is not visible when you look at it,

only visible when you get close to the rack and look at it from below.
You re-mount the beam by screwing it back into the skull.
