Oil water separator / Oil Skimmer
is designed to separate oil from cutting fluid for CNC lathe.
It is suitable for small and medium-size CNC machine center, CNC lathe and other equipment.
The separator is a gravity separation device which the design is based on the specific gravity
difference between the oil and the wastewater.
The machine is an environmental protection product which could
prolong the service life of
cutting fluid and cutting tools, reduce production costs.
Installation
1. Handling Note
1.1 Keep box up when carrying, avoid bump after unpacking ;
1.2 Oil Suction components belongs to fragile parts, avoid bump or excessive force when installing.
1.3 Please install the oil and water separator in a stable and safe ground, avoid the machine bumping,
avoid short-circuit of mixture inlet.
2.Operation Procedure
2.1 Expand the folding bracket and fix it with M4 screws;
2.2 Place machine stably and reliably without shake or tilt;
2.3 Place the oil suction device into mixture tank, and connect the outlet pipe of suction device
to the inlet of machine.
2.4 Connect outlet and overflow of cutting liquid with two pipes; The other end of the pipe need
to be put into the mixer tank.
2.5. Plug the power cord connector into the power inlet.
​Warranty Terms
1.The warranty period is one year and within this time frame, if there are any technical problems,
we would repair them for free including the new parts that needed for repair;
2.The warranty period of water pump and motor is three months; Wearing parts are not under warranty;
3.The purchasing date is the invoice date (If the customer didn’t have invoice, refer to the purchasing date).
4.If the models have been stopped producing, we only do the function repairing.

1.The fault caused by improper use;
2.The damage caused by improper storage or natural disaster;
3.Without the consent of our company, the customer disassemble, repair and modify the product.
