You are bidding on a neat old used ceramic wirewound rheostat.  I am not sure of the wattage--it may be 50 as per other Model Js I have seen. Please know your application. It looks like the older ceramic version with the wirewound part underneath.
Has LOTS of uses! Make your own train transformer!
